hahah. lots of people blogged about japan already. yeah, i'm back. didnt want to really blog about it because i did reflections in the tour booklet dutifully. and i would be repeating stuff. want to know more about the trip, just visit any nycb ppl's blog. as for photos, eh blogger is always hanging on me so i wont even try. hahah, i'm lazy. |
came back from band outing. was having butterflies in my stomach throughout the day, cuz i was really hoping nothing would go wrong. all the groupings, getting there, different station, bbq etcetc. cuz it was quite rushed, like right after japan trip. and our batch were freaking out during planning. >.<>.< yeah, and i was amazed how the whole band( okay, maybe not the whole band) could squeeze on 156. anyway, i think we bonded the sec ones more with us. at least a bit. i know most of their names now. though this batch is already quite bonded with their own batch? anyway, erm hope to know them better and hope they can dance yan ge nicely. hahah. eh, think lots of things happened. shall post about them in drafts. i shouldnt be online for the next few days, cuz i need to clear my pile of hmk. i'm dying. rahh. no, i wont die. hahah. must aim to complete that pile. that's all FOLKS! whee band outing! and japan trip. hello, this should be the last post before i leave but maybe i might be using the free internet excess in the airport to post one more. haha. JAPAN! how great can this be? 5-11 june in tokyo. see alot of band people being excited haha. and lots of ppl being jealous. rahahha. anyway suddenly felt nostalgic for dont know what reason. haha. went to look at my P1 cute ezlink card photo and the P5 class photo. ahha. and looked at neoprints with friends and section. and looked at all my presents. you know what. i think i'm weird. well, hope we really have lots and lots of fun in Japan and that we would be able to bring lots of things back, learning from jap bands and of course kawaii jap stuff! i have so many presents to buy for ppl! :) oh HAPPY BRITHDAY RACHEL. later we are going airport earlier to celebrate amanda. rachel and cheryl ho's birthday. think i will stop here now. Went out with amanda and meiqi on tues to get clothes birthday present, japan stuff etc. bought two shirts. like finally. basically walked the whole orchard road and walk back again. lunch was the best. ahah shocking truths and juicy stuff. just that the long john's chicken wasnt nice. we went fareast heeren cine other wierd plazas, taka wisma. we went for high tea too at the OG cafe. hahah. let the pictures tell the stories. ONE MORE DAY TO JAPAN! found a need to update when yiting smsed me and asked me when i am leaving for japan. 4 MORE DAYS TO JAPAN! 5 TO 11 JUNE!! VERY EXCITED: AIRBUS A380(jealous?)! AND COOL JAP STUFF. ROOMING, PRANKCALLS TO VARIOUS ROOMS. DISNEYLAND (though i badly want to go to disneysea). eh what else? SAME GROUP AS MEIQI:) (i know loads of ppl are very upset over grouping. cuz ppl they dont know and not section grouping. but yay. me and meiqi you3 yuan2) SECTION BONDING! BATCH BONDING. BAND BONDING. JAP FOOD(though its very much different form singapore's kind of jap food). LEARNING STUFF FROM JAP BANDS>.< seriously very excited. imagine a whole plane of NYCB! (okay not really.) a whole compartment? night flight! how to sleep?! bet we would be like singing jericho in the middle of the night. or just random songs. did lots of shopping these few days. need clothes. yeah that day went shopping with my mum and bought 3 pants(cargo pants, long pants, shorts) then just now was looking for top after ballet. yeah, walking around in tights= stares from people. anyway looking for tops but in the end yet bought shorts again. like i am bursting with pants and shorts lah. but seriously no top. very pathetic. anyway that pair of shorts was cheap so just buy. i need top man! think going shopping again. to make sure i get tops. no more pants shopping for the next few months. >.< eh anyway, this week was band i guess. played though the same stuff. quite boring leh. but what to do. we can only say its boring when we seriously mastered the piece lah. so sectionals damn sian. hah. well, drills was fun though. i used to secretly like drills. but i think our drills super slack. last time we can march until we totally sweat though our clothes. then was really scary last time.(bet loads of ppl agree with this statement.) now quite fun?! haha. we jalan-ed around the whole school pls. like march halfway change direction. tsktsk. anyway, went for HCJC band concert on friday. it was quite okay i guess. gimmicks were funny. and the b5 trumpet had really sexy tone as compared to our try-to-be-sexy 76 trombones part. somemore that guy didnt need any suggestive actions >.< HAHAH. yeah whole trumpet section was there including sec 1s to support germ and sylvia. yep. then saw like da sylvia and margaret. and saw that the sec four batch when we were in sec one were doing really well in HCBAND :) hmm. i guess i shall stop here. night! SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER! twilight trailer! i am looking forward to it. think its coming up really late, around the end of the year or something. not sure.
